24 Hour, Ltd.’s routine maintenance programs help to keep your heating, ventilation, air conditioning and/or refrigeration systems operating at maximum efficiency. We have developed each of our preventative maintenance procedures to meet or exceed industry standards and manufacturer’s recommendations. These thorough testing and maintenance procedures help to ensure optimum system performance, detect possible component failure for repair or replacement and minimize downtime. 24 Hour, Ltd. can create a schedule of regular maintenance to meet the needs of your company or your building maintenance department.
Our Computerized Preventative Maintenance Task Sheets ensure that the correct maintenance is performed on each piece of equipment.
These sheets provide you with a detailed record of the preventative maintenance performed. This also enables us to check for any deficiencies that could result in an untimely failure of the equipment.
This program allows you to choose only the services you require, such as filter replacement, lubrication, annual stop inspections or other maintenance procedures. All general maintenance supplies needed to perform each service is included. 24 Hour, Ltd.’s Preventative Maintenance Program also includes our Test and Inspect Program.
24 Hour, Ltd. will schedule regular inspections of your HVAC system, perform operating tests and provide analysis of system performance.
Dedicated Dispatchers with Support Personnel:
The sole duties of our dispatchers are to coordinate the field technicians. They perform no other clerical duties.
Computerized Dispatching System:
This ensures prompt response time with the proper technician and aids in organizing field activity.
Vehicle Tracking System:
Our dispatchers can look at a computer screen and know where all of the technicians are located in the U.S.A. This reduces travel time
Computerized Preventative Maintenance Scheduling:
This ensures that the proper maintenance will be performed on your equipment and not forgotten, which enhances response time. This is the same system the police departments use to track squad cars.
Check In and Check Out with Customer When We Are On Your Job:
This ensures that you know when we arrived at your facility and when the work is completed.
Provide Comprehensive Service Reports:
A detailed service report is filled out for you or your representative to acknowledge the completion of our work, so you know exactly the tasks performed.
Document All Work Performed or Recommended:
We provide a written explanation of any work performed or recommended on your HVAC equipment.
Extra Work Orders:
In the event that work required is beyond the scope of the call or over a spending limit, we provide a detailed report. We will not do work without your approval.
Maintenance Task Sheets:
This ensures that the correct maintenance is performed on each piece of equipment. Nothing is overlooked.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings With Customers:
